It seems that this Winters jewellery fashion statement has been cleanly cleaved in two. On the one side we have the minimalists with their bespoke, startling focus pieces and then those that can’t wait to adorn every possible inch of themselves with jewellery of one sort or another!

I envy women who wear big, chunky jewellery. I’ve always believed that I should be able to carry it off just as well as other women do but, for some reason, I just end up looking wrong.
Some women just have a knack for putting the right pieces together with the right outfit. I’ve seen those women who string loads of beads around their neck and match them with endless bracelets up their arms and even on their ankles as they wade out into the clear blue waters in their sarongs and look like a million dollars.
